痕量铁的在线监测研究
STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF TRACE IRON(Ⅲ)ON LINE
【摘要】 根据在邻菲罗啉的活化下Fe3+对KIO4氧化罗丹明B褪色的催化作用,利用流动注射技术,建立了一个痕量铁的在线监测的新方法.该方法Fe3+的浓度在0~8×10-5g/L和8×10-5~2.8×10-4g/L范围内分段与褪色效应呈良好线性相关,检出限为:1×10-7g/LFe3+(3δ);RSD≤1.6%(c=5×10-5g/L,n=11).利用该方法对水样中铁进行在线监测,效果满意
【Abstract】 A new FIACatalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) on line is described. The method is based on catalytic effect of iron(Ⅲ) on the oxidation of Rhodamine B by KIO 4 in the presence of OPhenanthroline as an activator. The linear range of the concentration for iron ion(Ⅲ) related to fading reaction is from O to 8×10 -5 g/L and from 8×10 -5 g/L to 2 8×10 -4 g/L. The detection limit (3σ) for iron (Ⅲ) is 1 0×10 -7 g/L. The method has been used to the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) in water samples on line with satisfactory results.
