【摘要】 本文对宝钢备件库存时限过长进行分析，提出了库存时限的定性控制方法及定量控制的多种数学模型．

【Abstract】 By analysizing the reasons of inventory overtime for BAOGANG spare parts,qualitatively and quantitatively control method by mathe models of inventory timetimit are presented.
