直流式旋风分离器内部流场的实验研究
Experimental study of flow field in cyclone separator with direct outlet tube
【摘要】 对一种直流式旋风分离器内部的流场进行了细致的测量,得到了速度和静压在分离器内的分布,并指出分离器内存在气体旋转的不稳定现象。试验中发现分离器稳流锥和排气管的长度对分离器性能有较大影响。通过实验数据拟合得到了分离段旋转速度的经验表达式。
【Abstract】 The flow field in a cyclone separator with direct outlet tube is measured comprehensively.The distribution of gas velocity and static pressure in the separator are obtained,and swirling instability is observed.It is found that the lengths of gasˉstable coneand outlet tube have great effect on the efficiency and pressure drop of separator.The empirical expression of swirlingvelocity in separation section is regressed by experimental data.
