【摘要】 介绍了针对上海电力调度的实际环境、调度特点，利用ＤＥＬＰＨＩ作为前台的开发工具，ＭＳＳＱＬ作为后台、数据库，生成了与上海市电力工业局ＭＩＳ（管理信息系统）溶为一体但又相对独立的上海电力调度信息子系统。该系统为上海电力系统ＭＩＳ提供了信息资源，也为上海市电力工业局电力调度的统筹管理提供了一个理想的辅助工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Information Sub system for power dispatching of Shanghai Power Industrial Administration (SPIA), using DELPHI as down stage developing tool and MSSQL as back stage data base, is created in view of the actual environment and the feature of the power dispatching in Shanghai Power System.
