【摘要】 为探讨二维超声心动图（2DE）与核素心肌显像（ECT）对冠心病（CAD）诊断的价值，本文以冠脉造影（CAG）为标准，将不包括心肌梗塞的27例临床诊断或疑诊CAD患者的2DE与ECT检查结果进行统计分析，结果表明：二种方法对冠心病的诊断有显著性差异，ECT敏感性（80．0％）高于2ED（33．3％），P<0．01，；2DE特异性（91．7％）高于ECT（50．0％），P<0.05。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the value of two diagnosis on coronaryatherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) by Two-dimensional Echocardiography (2DE) andEmission Computed Tomography (ECT). By the standard of coronarography (CAG),this paper studies and analyzes the test results of 2DE and ECT of 22 cases of coronaryatherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) excluding those of myocardia infarction, whichshow that 2DE apparently differs from ECT in that the sensitivity of ECT (80%) ishigher than that of 2DE(33. 3 % ) (P<0.01)and the specificity of 2DE(91. 7 % ) is higherthan that of ECT(50% ) (P<0. 05).更多还原
