【摘要】 本文报告2例儿童PJS（Peutz-JeghersSyndrome）。在剖腹术中，经纤维结肠镜切除小肠息肉。1例切除空肠息肉22枚．回肠息肉1枚。另1例切除空场息肉20枚，回肠息肉3枚。作者的经验提示剖腹术中经内窥镜切除PJS小肠息肉是一种安全的内窥镜技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper resports two children with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome. The intestinal Polyposis were resected by fibrocoloscopy in laparotomy. Case 1,22 polyposis in jajune and polyp in ileum were rescted. Case 2,20 polyposis in jajune and 3 polyposis in ileun were re-sected. According to our experence .excixion of intestinal polyposis with PJS by endoscopy in laparotomy is a safe endoscopy technique.更多还原
