聚丙烯纺粘非织造布手感性能初探
ABOUT THE HANDLE PROPERTIES OF PP SPUN-BOND NONWOVENS
【摘要】 随着非织造布生产技术的发展,研究测试和综合评价服用非织造布的手感性能显得日趋重要。借助传统织物的手感性能测试方法和仪器,可以对薄型聚丙烯纺粘非织造布的手感性能进行测试和评价。压缩性能、刚柔性能和折皱弹性等手感性能基本可以反映薄型纺粘织物的手感性能。测试结果表明,粘合区域的粘合性能是影响织物手感性能的决定性因素。
【Abstract】 With the developing nonwovens production techniques, testing and comprehensive evaluation for handle properties of nonwovens used in textiles are getting more and more important. Thin PP spun-bond nonwovens can be tested and estimated by the traditional method and instruments for fabrics ,the properties of compression, rigidity, compliance and crease recovery etc. can basically reflect the handle of thin spun-bond nonwovens. The result shows that the bonding effect in the bond area is the decisive factor which influences the handle of spun-bond nonwonens.
