多组份改性聚酯纤维的研究
STUDIES ON THE MULTICOMPONENT MODIFIED POLYESTER FIBRE
【摘要】 讨论了多组份改性聚酯纤维在常规纺丝速度下的生产工艺条件。试验结果表明,纺丝温度、纺丝压力、侧吹风速度和风温等工艺参数是影响纺丝成形过程中纺丝熔体的流变性能和可约性以及卷绕丝性能的关键因素,而拉伸工艺条件还直接影响到多组份改性聚酯纤维的力学行为及成品丝的质量.
【Abstract】 This artical discussed the process condition of multicomponent modified polyester fibre at conventional spinning speed. The test results show that rheological behaviour and spinnability of spinning melt were greatly influenced with the process parameters of the spinning temperatures and pressures lateral blowing speed and temperature etc. lt is also found that the mechanical property and quality of multicomponent modified polyester fibre were immediately influenced with the drawing process condition.
