共聚醚酯型EDDP熔体流变性的研究
STUDY ON THE RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOUR OF COPOLYETHER ESTER EDDP MELT
【摘要】 采用HAAKERHEOCORD90型流变仪研究了共聚醚酯型EDDP熔体在265℃、275℃、285℃三种温度下的流变性,并与常规PET树脂的流变性进行比较,结果表明:EDDP熔体属切力变稀流体;EDDP熔体的流动性比PET熔体好;EDDP熔体的粘流活化能比PET熔体的低。
【Abstract】 By means of HAAKE RHEOCORD type-90 rheometer, the rheological behaviour of copolyether ester EDDP melt is measured at 265, 275, 285℃ respectively and is compared with conventional PET melt. The results show that EDDP melt is a shear-thinning type fluid , the flow behaviour of EDDP melt is better than that of PET melt, the viscous flow activation energy of EDDP melt is lower than that of PET melt
