具有生物活性有机磷化合物研究(ⅩⅪ)α-(取代苯甲酰胺基甲酰氧基)烃基膦酸酯衍生物的合成及性质
Studies on Biologically Active Organophosphorus Compounds(Ⅹ〗Ⅺ) Synthesis of α (2 Substituted Benzamido formyloxy)hydrocarbylphosphonate
【摘要】 通过α－羟基烃基膦酸酯同取代苯甲酰基异氰酸酯的亲核加成反应合成了１６种含有取代苯甲酰胺基甲酰氧基烃基膦酸酯类化合物，收率８０～９０％。
【Abstract】 Sixteen α (2 substituted benzamidoformyloxy)hydrocarbylphosphonates were synthesized in good yield by the reaction of α hydroxyhydrocarbylphosphonates with 2 substituted phenyl isocyanates. Their structures have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 31 P NMR and elemental analysis.
