【摘要】 为研究胃癌患者的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体（ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲ）与自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞活性之间的关系，利用酵母菌花环试验及ＭＴＴ比色法对３０例胃癌患者及３８例健康对照者的ＲＢＣＣ３ｂ受体及ＮＫ细胞活性进行了测定。结果表明胃癌患者的这两项免疫指标均比正常对照组显著低下（Ｐ＜０．０１）。经统计学相关性分析显示，这两项免疫指标间呈明显的正相关（ｒ＝０．６０７，Ｐ＜０．００１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the relationship between RBC-C3b receptors and natural killing(NK) cell activity,30 cases of gastric cancer and 38 cases of normal subjects were measured by C3b rosete test(rosete formation with Zymosan particles treated by guinea pig complement) and MTT-assay.The results showed that both RBC-C3b receptor and NK cell activity in patients with gastric cancer were lower than that of control group(P<0.01).A significant correlation exists between the RBC-C3b receptors and NK cell activity in patients with gastric cancer(r=0.067,P<0.01).更多还原
