BCG-PSN对荷瘤小鼠IL-2水平及肿瘤生长的影响

【摘要】 将卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG_PSN)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF_α)用于荷肉瘤(S180)小鼠的治疗。结果证明,BCG_PSN(05mg/ml)及TNF_α(1000U/ml)均能显著抑制S180实体瘤的生长,抑瘤率分别为5810%和3625%,抑瘤率与荷瘤鼠脾细胞的IL_2诱生水平呈正的直线相关。BCG_PSN还能显著延长荷S180腹水瘤鼠的存活期,生命延长率达315%。TNF可能由于它的毒副作用而使其抑瘤效果低于BCG_PSN,且与后者无协同作用。

【Abstract】 Polysaccharides nucleic acid fraction of BCG (BCG_PSN) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF_α) were used to treat bearing S 180 sarcoma mice. It has been comfirmed that both BCG_PSN and TNF_α can inhibit the growth of S 180 solid sarcoma significantly, the inhibitory rates were 58.10% and 36.25% respectively. The level of interleukin 2 of splenocytes appeared to be in positive linear correlation with the inhibitory rates. BCG_PSN can also markedly prolong the living period of bearing S 180 ascites sarcoma mice. TNF had no sinergistic antitumor activity in combination with BCG_PSN and the efficiency of inhibiting tumor growth of TNF was lower than that of BCG_PSN due to its side_effect, whereas BCG_PSN did not appear to produce any side_effect in this study.
