【Abstract】 Thumb is very important for hand function. Its length and function should be recovered after injury. Since 1980,the transplantation of 5 kinds of skin island flaps has been applied in repairing skin defect with naded bone, joint or tendon in thumb. The results were encouraging. The indications of microsurgical repair and applied scope of various skin island flaps were discussed.更多还原
