大鼠心脏缺血再灌的心肌间质损害及SOD抗损伤作用的实验研究

【摘要】 用在体大鼠心脏缺血再灌模型研究了心肌间质缺血再灌损伤和SOD抗缺血再灌损伤的作用。实验分3组:A组(缺血再灌组)、B组(SOD组)和C组(假手术组)。电镜下见A组胶原纤维明显减少,毛细血管基底膜缺损,内皮细胞吞饮小泡减少,间隙增宽;B组胶原纤维减少和毛细血管损伤不明显。超微结构立体计量显示,A组胶原纤维线密度降低(P<005)。羟脯氨酸测定发现,A组羟脯氨酸减少(P<005)。结果表明:心肌缺血再灌可致间质损伤,SOD可减轻间质缺血再灌损伤。

【Abstract】 The cardiac interstitium ischemia_reperfusion injury and protective effects of SOD on ischemia-reperfusion injury were studied in vivo ischemia_reperfusion model of rat heart.Fifteen male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, i.e.,ischemia (60 min)reperfusion (120 min) group (group A), SOD treated group (group B) and sham_operation group (group C). Electron microscopic observation showed that the collagen decreased in group A.Structural changes in capillaries of group A included loss of endothelial pinocytotic vesicles, widening of gaps within the endothelium and loss of lamina. As compared to group A, the decrease of collagen struts and the damage of capillaries in group B were not evident. Ultrastructure stereological quantitative result revealed that the length density of collagen struts decreased significantly in group A ( P <0.05). The content of hydroxyproline in group A decreased ( P <0.05). The above results suggested that cardiac interstitium was damaged by ischemia_reperfusion. SOD can protect the cardiac interstitium against ischemia_reperfusion injury.
