“灵芝酸奶”的开发研究
THE STUDY AND EXPLOITATION OF GANODERMA LACIDAM SOAR MILK
【摘要】 报道“灵芝酸奶”的生产工艺.在传统的酸奶中添加灵芝提取液进行乳酸菌发酵,除具有酸奶的营养和口感外,还具有灵芝的预防保健作用.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new technology of producing Ganoderma Lucidum sour milk is put forth. Juice of Ganoderma lucidum is put into the traditional sour milk and lactobacillus lactis ferments it.Besides nutrition and good taste of sour milk it also has the use of preventation and health protection of Ganoderma lucidam.
