60Co-γ射线辐照对珍汕97A及V20A幼苗生长的影响
Effects of 60 Co γ ray on seedling growth of hybrid rice male sterile lines Zhenshan 97A and V 20 A
【摘要】 以珍汕９７Ａ及Ｖ２０Ａ为材料，相应的保持系为对照，通过辐照后种子发芽率、苗高、根长及根数等试验，初步比较了不育系与保持系对６０Ｃｏγ射线辐照的敏感性差异。结果表明：在发芽率与苗高的反应上，保持系均比不育系敏感；而在根长和根数上，保持系与不育系也存在差异，且珍汕９７Ａ与Ｖ２０Ａ也不相同。
【Abstract】 The germination tests were made in Zhenshan 97A、Zhenshan97B、V 20 A and V 20 B. The radiation sensitiveness of the male sterile line and its maintenance line to 60 Co γ radiation was compared. The results showed that the radiation sensitiveness of the maintenance line is superior to the male sterile line in germination and seedling length.
