温室加速水稻世代进程研究
STUDY ON SHORTENING RICE BREEDING CYCLE BY USING GREENHOUSE
【摘要】 在39°17N,117°18E地区,完成了温室加速水稻世代进程栽培技术体系。利用温室自然温度1年完成2个世代,提高育种效率1倍;人工调温1年完成3个世代,提高育种效率2倍,结合温室加代3年内获得了稳定新品系。结果表明:温室加代一可以解决水稻籼、粳亚种间杂交生育期超亲大田不能成熟及回交、复交的困难;二可以解决花培育种绿苗越冬难题。研究认为:选育适合本地生态类型水稻品种宜采用温室加代与本地大田选择相结合;选育广适应性品种宜采用温室加代与穿梭育种相结合。温室加代与花培育种相结合是加速培育水稻新品种的有效方法。提出了温室加代技术关键及杂交后代选择程序。
【Abstract】 By using greenhouse in North China (39°17 N,117° 18 E),two rice generations were completed under natural temperature in one year,the rice breeding efficiency was increased by 100%,and three generations were completed in one year under controlled temperature conditions.The breeding efficiency was three times before.Meanwhile the cultivated technique of accelerating breeding cycyle was successfully carried out.By using greenhouse,new rice varieties could be got in 3 years.The results showed:by using greenhouse,the growth duration of japonica/indica offspring could be shortened and the diffculties of backcrossing and complex crossing could be solved;and anther culture could be guaranteed in winter.The study atso showed:to select rice varieties which can be used home,the greenhouse should be used heing accompanied by field selecting;to select widely used rice varieties,the greenhouse should be used being accompanied by shutte breeding method.Using greehouse which combined with anther culture breeding was an efficient method for accelerating new rice varieties selection.The key technique and selecting program of rice offspring in using greenhouse were also presented in this paper.
