【Abstract】 In order to control the changes of forest resources effectively and achieve the forestry sustainable development,here analyzed the main factors affecting the changes of forest resources and the maladies in the traditional patterns of forest resources management.The adjustment policies of forest resources were discussed under the socialist marketoriented economy.It shows that the shortage of timber will be a longterm pressure to recover the forest resources under the marketoriented economy in China.Forestry development should not follow the patterns used in industry and agriculture.The modern credit system should be introduced to manage forest resources,as to control the changing forest resources not too tightly and not loosely,and to adopt the treatments in accordance with the characteristics of forest types and regions,aiming at creating a rational and flexible management of changing forest resources. 更多还原
