高碘对小鼠脑发育及血清游离甲状腺激素水平的影响

【摘要】 】为了解高碘对机体脑发育及代谢的影响,本实验用高碘水喂养小鼠复制出高碘甲状腺肿动物模型。结果发现,用高碘水喂养小鼠210天后,高碘组小鼠体重减轻,甲状腺重量明显增加,血清FT3及FT4水平均显著高于适碘组。两组比较脑重、脑DNA、蛋白质含量均无显著差异。揭示高碘不影响脑发育但可使代谢率增加。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of iodine excess on brain development and metabolism.We replicated the model of iodine excess thyroid goiter with KunMing male mice.At the end of 210 days,the mice were killed.Compared with suitable iodine group,the thyroid weight,the level of serum FT 3 and FT 4 increased apparently,the body weight decreased.There was no difference in content of drain DNA,protein and the brain weight.The result showed that iodine excess did not affect brain development,but increased the rate of metabolism.
