【Abstract】 Colorimetry,a new method for measuring the activity of gluconmylase,is introduced in this article.Starch can be hydrolyzed into glucose by gluconmylase,which can act with 3,5-dinitrosalicylate(DNS) and change the color.The degree of color varying is in direct proportion to the contents of glucose.So after the hydrolysate reacted with DNS,we measure the absorbancy at 550 nm,calculate the contents of glucose and determine the activity of gluconmylase.This method is simple and rapid,which accurity is equal to the standard method.It′s an ideal way of measuring the activity of gluconmylase in the instrumental analysis.更多还原
