【Abstract】 The economic management pattern of foreign learners’ officials and traders wasthe opening action for the early modern industries and had promoting effect to thedevelopment of the social economy, but the inevitable contadictions in the inner system made the industries lack of vitality. In addition to the expansion of the official power, the control and extortion of the feudal force, this kind of management pattern was doomed to its straits.
