热剪刃堆焊焊条的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF HARDFACING ELECTRODE USED FOR HOT SCISSORS
【摘要】 采用添加稀土氧化物的堆焊焊条对3Cr2W8V热剪刃进行了堆焊修复.由于稀土氧化物能明显变质熔敷金属中的夹杂物,细化一次结晶组织,并提高其热塑性,可使堆焊修复的剪刃性能明显优于原3Cr2W8V整体热剪刃,使用寿命可提高3~8倍.
【Abstract】 The electrode with rare earth (RE) oxide is developed and applied to harden the surface of hot scissors. The result shows that the non - metallic inclusion is modified, the primary structure is refined and the plasticity improved in weld metal. The performance of hot scissors repaired is better than that of steel 3Cr2W8V. The serviceable life of scissors can be increased by 3 - 8 times.
