【摘要】 本实验观察了高低两个剂量的叶下株水提取物对雏鸭体内人工感染的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（DHBsAg）表达的作用。用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测，实验结果表明，叶下株提取物灌胃给药高剂量（50mg／kg，igBid×10d）和低剂量（10mg／kg，isBid×10d）能明显抑制DHBsAg的表达，转阴率分别为64％和46％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article deals with the effects of an extracte from Phyllanthus urinaria L. on DHBsAg in duck hepatitis model. The ELISA method was used to determing the level of DHBsAg. When extracted power were given at 50mg/kg ig bid and 10mg/kg ig bid, the levels of DHBsAg were decrease and the positive rate of DHBsAg were low in treatment groups,the percentage of negation of DHBsAg were 64% and 46 % respectively.更多还原
