【摘要】 采用大转子上小切口术式治疗臀肌筋膜挛缩症３３５例，平均随访时间３２个月，步态恢复正常３２４例（９６７％），步态明显改善１１例（３３％）。手术切口位置选择在大转子上１５ｃｍ处横形，切口小，易显露所有挛缩组织和彻底松解挛缩组织，可避免重要的血管神经损伤，同时，出血少，手术时间短，切口疤痕小。对两下肢不等长者，术后采用单侧皮牵引也获满意疗效。无一例出现严重并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors treated total 335 cases of contracture of gluteal musclesand fasciae with small incision during the last four years A follow up of mean thirty two months had been made to all thepatients 324 cases got the normal gait (96 7%) and 11 cases improved the gait obviously (3 3%) This operation had some charactercistics such as the incision was transverse and 1 5cm above the greater trochanter as well as very small,bleeding was very less it was easy to expose the contracted tissues and release them eanwhile avoided damaging the important neurovascular bundle,the operation duration was short and the incision scar was small Shin traction was made for the involoed side when the length of the two lower extremities was not equal,the final results were satisfactory and no serious complication happened更多还原
