【摘要】 以心腔内不同部位典型心电图及其演变特征为引导，取代X线透视行床旁临时心内膜起搏术共22例，成功率100％，平均操作时间18分钟，从插管至右室起搏平均48秒，平均起搏阈值0．72V；除2例电极脱位外无其它并发症。与30例传统的透视下临时起搏结果比较，各项指标差异无显著性。结果表明心腔内心电图引导床旁起搏术为一疗效可靠、操作简便、安全实用且易于普及的急救措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using intracardiac electrogram as a guide instead of X-fluo-roscopy, emergency bedside cardiac pacing was performed in 22 patientswith severe bradyarrhy thmias, with the success rate being100% the mean procedural time 18 minutes and the mean pacingthreshold 0.72V, The results were compared with those of 30 casestemporary pacing with fouoroscopy, and it was found that there were nosignificant differences in all pacing parameters between two managmentgroups.
