【Abstract】 Two cases of percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvulo-plasty were reported in this paper Case 2 was Fallot’s trilogy The transvalvular gradient decreased ftom 13. 9 to 3. 9 kpa in case 1 and 15. 3 to 4. 5 kpa in case 2 after dilation’ The sys-temic arterial oxygen saturation(SAoS)increased from 82%to89% in case 2 after operation. The effects of follow - up were satisfactory.with reaching nearly to normal level of SAOS in case2. The indications and procedutes of the valvuloplasty methods were discussed in detail.更多还原
