【摘要】 本文分析了88例有椎管骨折之脊柱外伤的CT表现，探讨了椎管损伤与脊柱骨折类型及椎管狭窄程度与神经功能状态的关系，着重讨论了爆裂骨折对椎管结构的影响。提出CT对脊柱骨折诊断，指导临床治疗及伤员的预后有极为重要的影响，是目前诊断脊柱外伤、尤其是椎管损伤的最好影像学方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CT findings of 88 cases of spinal trauma with spinal canal fracture analyed in this paper.We discussed the relationship of spinal canal injury with the type of spinal fracture ,and the relationship of the nerve function with the narrow degree of spinal canal . Especially we studied the affection of spinal burst tracture to the canal structure . We suggested that CT should be the best examination of image to the diagnosis of spinal trauma, especially to the spinal canal injury.更多还原
