光纤干涉仪的相位压缩原理及在电流传感器中的应用
INTERFEROMETRIC PHASE COMPRESSION THEORY AND ITS APPLICATION
【摘要】 该文研究了一种新颖的光纤相位压缩技术,对其工作原理进行了分析,导出其数学模型,并通过对高压电流传感器的实验,验证理论的正确性,与普通汉光束干涉仪相比较,其线性范围扩大了数十倍,甚至数百倍,且具有稳定的正交工作状态,能自动补偿光纤固有的双折射以及因环境变化产生的干扰等优点。
【Abstract】 We describe and demonstrate a new interferometric phase compression theory,and apply itto current sensor in high voltage. This theory has been verrfied in experiment. The linear range of theproposed method are many times than that of coventional two - beam interferometers. The otheradvantages of this method are stable orthogonal operation condition and insensitivity to slowly varyingfluctuations such as temperature drift and vibration.
