电子散斑干涉条纹信号实时处理系统的研究
THE RESEARCH FOR REAL TIME PROCESSING SYSTEM OF ESPI FRINGE SIGNAL
【摘要】 本文给出一种电子散斑干涉条纹信号实时处理系统的实现方案;详细分析了物体变形前后信号延迟对相关性的影响;并导出条纹信号频率范围与离面位移的关系式及散斑背景噪音最低频率估算式,从获取低背景噪音条纹图角度给出光学系统优化设计的依据;最后给出实验结果.
【Abstract】 In this paper, an design scheme of real-time signal processing of ESPI (Electronic speckle interferometry)was developed,the effect of time delay between two signal of deformation and nondeformation of a measured object on the correlation of the two signal was discussed in detail;the relation of fringe signal frequency range and maximum out-of-plane displacement .as well as the approxiruate expression of the lowest frequency of speckle noise was derived,for acquiring the lowest background noise of fringe,an important equation of the optimum design of optical system was propounded;the experiment result was given.
