【摘要】 用“心理健康凋查表(mmH)”对827名本院软职工进行测查,旨为开展心理卫生保健工作提供理论依据。测查结果显示:教职工心理健康问题检出率为19.30%;心理健康问题具有明显性别差异,女性心理问题明显多于男性;术科教师心理健康状况优于非术科教师;教职工心理健康状况有年龄差异,40岁以下组稍差于40岁以上组;神经症分布以恐怖症为多,疾病分值以焦虑最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This is a survey of the mental health conditions of the 327 staff members and workers of our institute.The result of the study shows: (1) that the mental-problem Detection Rate is 19.3%; (2) that there is obvious difference between the mental health conditions of the two opposite sex… there are more mental problems in women than in men; (3) that there is difference in the mental conditions of the examinees of different age …those under 40 have a bit more serious mental problems than the ones over 40; (4) that phobophobia is the most common type of neuropathy, while anxiety has the highest degree of seriousness.更多还原
