中国男篮甲级联赛(主客场赛制)训练若干问题的研究

【摘要】 采用文献研究法、调查法、现场观察法、逻辑分析法等对我国男篮甲级各队有关训练方面的问题进行了调查、分析。研究结果表明:从整体上看,大部分男篮甲级队赛季前训练计划的内容不够全面,赛季中各队制定小周期训练计划的方法各异;男篮甲级联赛周期的划分与传统的单周期、双周期理论并没有本质的区别,但其显著不同的是竞赛期相对较长,整个竞赛期又由许多小周期构成;力量训练在男篮甲级联赛训练安排中占有十分重要的地位;各队普遍采用了训练方法,大部分队采用了医学、生物学恢复方法,心理学恢复方法未在各队得到广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 Various study methods, such as document study, investigation, observation, logical analysis, have been adopted to study the training plans of 12 teams which took part in 1995-1996 Chinese class A Men’s Basketball Matches. The results indicate:content of preseason training plans of most teams’dose not cover every detail; methods of making in-season short period training plan vary from team to team.On the whole,the period division of Class A Men’s basketball Matches conforms to the traditional theories of single-period/double-period.However,according to the division, the match period is relatively longer and is composed of several short periods (three-day period or four-day period). Strength training is a very important part in the training arrangement of the teams. Recovery methods of training science have been widely adopted by each team. Nutriment, medical and biological recovery methods, such as massotherapy and physiotherapy, have been taken by some teams.However, psychological recovery methods have not been widely used in these teams.
