固体酸催化α-蒎烯异构反应及产物研究

【摘要】 本文研究了α-蒎烯在几种固体酸催化下,异构反应的主要产物和产物的组成。同种催化剂的不同处理方式与催化效果,催化剂的用量对反应产物的影响。

【Abstract】 α-pinene was isomerized to give a mixt contg. camphene, dipentene, p-cymene,terpinene, terpinolene, and other terpenes, tricyclene, at 155-70℃, for 1~5h, in the presence of 13X-zeolite molecular sieve, which was activated by deionized H2O, NH4Cl,HCl etc. The zeolite was dried at 100℃ prior, and then calcined at 400~450℃. The method of treating zeolite and the amount on catalyst were investigated. The optimizaton of selectivity and yield depended on the level of acidity, activation time, activation temp.and other factors. Products of isomerization were analyzed by GC and GC-MS analysis.The camphene, dipentene and p-cymene were the main isomerization products. Similarly the heteropoly acid catalyst was discussed.
