【摘要】 对过磷酸钙水浸取过程中氟的浸出，用正交设计法进行了添加剂和浸取条件的筛选研究。结果表明，氟的浸出与倍半氧化物和硅、尤其是三氧化二铝的浸出密切相关。采用所筛选的添加剂和浸取条件进行过磷酸钙的水浸取，可抑制氟的浸出，保证浸取液的Ｐ２Ｏ５／Ｆ比在２００以上，满足制合格饲料产品的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the fluorine extraction in the water extracting of superphosphate,the sieving of the kinds of additive and the extraction conditions is experimented and studied by orthogonal designing method.The results show that a close relation exits between the fluorine extraction and Al 2O 3 extraction.When the sieved additive and conditions are used for the water extracting of superphosphate,the fluorine extraction is restrained and the P 2O 5/F ratio of the water extract is above 200,which fulfils the quality requirements for the manufacture of feed product.更多还原
