【摘要】 应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）扩增载脂蛋白Ｅ（ａｐｏＥ）基因后，ＰＣＲ产物用限制性内切酶ＨｈａＩ酶解后进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。共检测了１５８例广西壮族健康人群的ａｐｏＥ基因型，根据表型分布计算出等位基因频率分布，并与１２０例汉族健康人群对比。结果ＡｐｏＥ基因频率分布壮族为ε４０．０７９，ε３０．８１３，ε２０．１０８，汉族为ε４０．０６３，ε３０．８３３，ε２０．１０４，两组人群ａｐｏＥ基因频率分布基本相同，差别无显著性意义更多还原
