【摘要】 我院１９７８年１月至１９９５年６月手术治疗１６例胰岛素瘤病人，病理诊断为良性胰岛素瘤１３例，恶性胰岛素瘤２例，胰岛细胞增生１例。分别行肿瘤摘除、胰体尾切除、胰尾切除。术后胰瘘３例，经非手术治愈。经１～１８年随访，除１例多发性肿瘤术后症状未消失和１例恶性肿瘤术后８年复发外，其余术后症状消失，无复发。文章着重讨论了术前、术中肿瘤定位、术式选择和避免术后并发症等有关问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with insulinoma were treated by surgical procedure from January,1978 to June,1995 in our department.13 cases were benign tumor,one of them was multiple;two were malignant;one was islet cell hyperplasia.The enucleation,the tail pancreatectomy and the subtotal pancreatectomy were performed respectively.The pancreas fistula after operation occured in 3 cases who were cured without operation.Follow-up for 1-18 years showed that all patient’s symptoms before operation disappeared without recurrence except two cases,one with multiple tumors still had symptoms after operation,the other with malignant had a recurrence after 8 years.The paper discussed localization of the tumor before operation and intraoperation,selection of operation procedures and avoidance of operation complications.更多还原
