国产柴油机废气颗粒物的致突变性研究

【摘要】 用Ames和小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验对三种类型国产柴油机废气颗粒物进行了致突变性检测。Ames试验结果表明,6120型柴油机废气颗粒物剂量在500μg/皿以上,加与不加S9条件下TA98和TA100的致突变性均呈阳性,S-195型柴油机废气颗粒物在剂量1000μg/皿,不加S9条件下TA98和TA100呈阳性;而4115型柴油机废气颗粒物未显阳性。小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞做核试验呈阴性结果。研究结果表明,某些国产柴油机的废气颗粒物具有明显的诱变性且不同类型的柴油机其废气颗粒物的致突变性存在明显差异。

【Abstract】 Two biologica1 tests, namely Ames tesl and micronucleus test, were used to detect the mu-tagenic potencies of diesel exhaust particulates. The results showed that particulates exhaustedfrom 6120 type bus diesel engine had positive mutagenic activity under 500μg/plate both in TA98and TA100,no matter S-9 had been added or not. The samples of S195 diesel tractor showed Posi-tive mutagenic activity under 1000μg/plate both in TA98 and in TA100 when S-9 had not beenadded. The particu1ates of 4115 tractor showed negative results under the same experimental conditions. No positive results could be observed for particulates either from bus or from 4115 tractorunder micronucleus test. The results indicated that particulates exhausted from domestic madediesel engines have clear mutagenic activity and obvious differences appear among different dieselengines.
