抗TNF抗体、IFN-γ对活化的成纤维细胞的作用
EFFECT OF ANTI-TUMOUR NECROSIS ANTIBODY AND INTERFERON-GAMMA ON ACTIVATED FIBROBLASTS
【摘要】 用加不同浓度石棉纤维培养的AM上清液活化WI-38细胞,再加抗TNF抗体或IFN-γ,分别用3H-胸腺嘧啶(3H-TdR)和14C-脯氨酸(14C-Pro)掺入法,观察对肺成纤维细胞的作用。结果显示,抗TNF抗体,IFN-γ都有抑制成纤维细胞增殖的作用,并影响胶原合成。
【Abstract】 Incubate WL-38 cells with AM supernatants induced by various amount of asbestos and antitumour necrosis antibody and interferon-gamma. The proliferation and collagen synthesis of fibroblast were measured by M-thymidine and 14 C-pro1ine incorporation respectively. The resultsdemonstrate that both anti-tumour necrosis antibody and interferon-gamma can inhibite the proliferation of fibroblast and decrease the collagen synthesis.
