【Abstract】 A high protein and high RNA yeast strain GM50 was isolated from sugar cane molasses and industrial waste water. This strain was identified as Candida tropicalis, containing RNA 18.3%(UVmethods) and protein content over 50% averagely. When GM50 was applied to yeast extract production, the average extraction rate was over 70%. The protein content in the product was over 60%. There was 50% of free amino acid in the total amino acid.更多还原
