【摘要】 以硅酸铝质原料为基本骨科，在实验室内配制系列重质和轻质喷涂料，测定了其理化性能和喷徐性能。以珍珠岩、焦宝石等为主要骨料的轻质喷补层在体积密度为1．25─1．75g／cm3时各项性能良好。以焦宝石、铝矾土为基本骨料的重质喷补料不仅具有良好的喷涂性能，而且其主要性能达到同质耐火砖的水平。分别用重质和轻质喷补料进行工业试验，取得了良好的使用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of heavy and light guning material are made up in laboratory,Its mainphisical and chemial properties have been measured. The properties of light guning material,withpearlite and clay as main concrete are good. The properties of heavy guning material, with clayand bauxite as main concrete are good and achieved the level of the refractory brick with samematerial.The heavy and light guning material are respectively applied in industrial furnace.
