高强度螺栓连接的可靠性评估
RELIABILITY EVALUATION ON HIGH STRENGTH BOLT CONNECTIONS
【摘要】 在模糊聚类分析法的基础上,建立起高强度螺栓摩擦型和受拉型连接抗力不定性统计的数学模型,对规范(TJ17-74)高强度螺栓连接的可靠度作了校准,并获得了两种类型连接按概率极限状态设计的目标可靠指标和抗力分项系数,可作为规范(GBJ17-88)的补充或进一步修订时参考。
【Abstract】 According to the method of pattern classification analysis based on fuzzy relation the, mathematical models are established for resistance uncertainty in friction and tensile type of High Strength Bolt Connection (HSBC). The HSBC’s reliability level is calibrated for design code of steel structures(TJ17-74), and the optimizational reliability indlexes and their partial coefficient for resistance are determined according to probabilistic limit states design method. The analysis results can be served as a supplement or reference for further improvement to GBJ17-88.
