【Abstract】 With the enormous potentials of competence, flexibility and efficiency, virtual organizations are generally classified as the form of organization for the 21st century.They come into being often through the "erosion" of conventional large-scale enterprises.These are transformed into structures of the network from medium-sized enterprises. In the course of dissolution, removed are not only the disadvantages but also the advantages of such enterprise.
