【摘要】 广西在血吸虫病的监测中 ,随着工作的深入发展调整了相应的防治策略 ,收到了良好的效果。对原疫区居民进行皮试、体检、粪检和血清学检测 ,总共702198人次 ,发现来自外省的病人1例 ;对家畜和野生动物检测110593头(只)次 ,未发现新感染 ;对原疫区和非疫区(县)监测查螺206417139m2,在原疫区发现螺点13个 ,面积2060m2,无阳性钉螺。结果表明 ,我区在搞好原疫区的病情螺情监测的同时 ,由原疫区进行的考核检查 ,扩大到非疫区县查螺 ,结果表明 ,我区在搞好原疫区的病情螺情监测的同时 ,由原疫区进行的考核检查 ,扩大到非疫区的调查 ,这是监测工作中一种新的尝试 ,它促进了监测工作的深入发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the course of schistosomiasis surveillance in Guangxi, the control strategies were adjusted in pace with the development of work, and good results were obtained. We performed skin test, physical check-up, stool examination and serological test on 702198 resident in former endemic areas, and only one schistosomiasis patient, who came form other province, was found. Examinations were also performed on 110593 farm cattle and wild animals, but none of them was positive. In the former endemic areas, a total area of 200571139m2 was checked for oncomelania and 13 foci of residual snail were found. The total area of residual snail foci was 2069m2 but there was no positive snail. The above-mentioned results show that in Guangxi, in addition to carrying out the case and oncomelania surveillance, carrying out cross-over examination in the former endemic areas a expanding investigation in nonendemic areas is a new attempt, which has promoted the deepening and development of schistosomiasis surveillance.更多还原
