【Abstract】 The comparative test was performed among 49 single photosensitizers.The ranks of the first ten effectives were mainly the kinds of hematoporphyrins,which were in- hehited more than 50% tumor cells.The photosensizer,PSD-007,which has been already used in clinical test,was ranked at 17th.MTT assay is a speedy and efficient method for com- paring photosentizers.更多还原
