无机盐先驱体溶胶凝胶法制备50%Al2O3-50%ZrO2细晶复相陶瓷
INORGANIC PRECURSORS TO PREPARE 50%Al 2O 350% ZrO 2 ULTRAFINE GRAINED COMPOSITE VIA SOLGEL METHOD
【摘要】 采用无机盐先驱体,溶胶凝胶法制备出超细50%Al2O350%ZrO2(以体积计)复合粉体,BET法测得其比表面积达227.4m2/g。复合粉体经热压烧结得到具有互渗结构的细晶复相陶瓷,其Al2O3晶粒约100mm,ZrO2晶粒约0.6μm。
【Abstract】 Inorganic precursors were used to prepare 50%(vol)Al 2O 350%(vol)ZrO 2 composite powder via solgel method. From BET measurement, specific surface area of the powder is 227.4 m 2/g. Ultrafinegrained composite of interpenetrating microstructure was obtained by hotpressing, and the grain sizes of Al 2O 3 and ZrO 2 are 100nm and 0.6 μm respectively. Received: December 26,1996.
