CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃晶化时首析晶相及TiO2的作用机理预测和研究

【摘要】 通过CaOAl2O3SiO2系统玻璃的结构分析预测玻璃晶化时首析晶相是钙长石。选取CaOAl2O3SiO2三元相图成玻璃区内的某点作为基础玻璃的组成,在基础玻璃中加入TiO2。用DTA,XRD和SEM方法的研究结果表明,不管玻璃中加TiO2与否,晶化时首先析出的晶相都是钙长石,且均为从表面向内部生长,与预测相符。TiO2作为晶核剂,效果不太明显,在高温时TiO2只能使玻璃网络结构松弛,粘度降低,促进玻璃中晶相的成核和生长。

【Abstract】 On the basis of an analysis of the glass network structure it was predicted that the first isolated crystal of CaOAl 2O 3SiO 2 system glass in heat treatment is anorthite(CaAl 2Si 2O 8).The composition of basic glass was determined according to the glass region of CaOAl 2O 3SiO 2 system,and TiO 2 was added to the basic glass.DTA,XRD and SEM results show that both basic glass and glass containing TiO 2,when subjected to heat treatment,the first emerged crystalline phase is anorthite(CaAl 2Si 2O 8),and crystals grow from surface into the interior,which is in consistent with the prediction result.Although TiO 2 was used as a nucleation agent,its effect is quite limited.The limited effect of TiO 2 is resulted from loose of glass network structure at high temperatures,then decreasing the viscosity of glass and consequently slightly promoting the nucleation and growth of crystals.
