【Abstract】 The experimental results of mode locked Nd∶YVO 4 laser pumped by a home made laser diode are reported. Pumped by 120 mW, the laser generated the cw mode locked pulse train with 43 ps duration and 7 mW output power. Self amplitude modulation was obserred in the experiment. The fomula of mode locking with self phase modulation was derived.更多还原
