【摘要】 用引上法生长ＹｂＹＡＧ晶体，确定了合适的退火工艺，研究了ＹｂＹＡＧ晶体中Ｙｂ３＋的光谱性能以及晶体缺陷对Ｙｂ３＋光谱性能的影响

【Abstract】 Yb∶YAG crystal was grown by czochralski method, and an adequate annealing condition was determined to remove all of the color and most of the strain in the crystal. Spectral properties of Yb∶YAG crystal were studied as well as the influence of crystal defects on its spectral properties.
