【Abstract】 It is estimated that there are more than three millions agricultural surplus labours in Guangxi at present by two calculation methods of the average output value and the labours average burden cultivated area.The restrictive factors to influence the agricultural surplus labours of Guangxi transferring to non agricultural industry are analysed.On the base,the appropriate diversion countermeasure is put forward.更多还原
