【Abstract】 A new kind of UV curable eroxy resin acrylate was synthesised by the use of esterifation of TDE - 85epoxy resin with acrylic acid, in which, the suitable catalyst is tetramethylammonium chloride (concentration: 1% ), the reachve temperature is 105 -- 115℃, and the reaction bine is 3. 5 - 4 .0 h. By the add of Darocure 1 173 initiator (1 - 5% ), this epoxy resin acrylate can be cured quickly under the UV rddiation of the high pressure mercury lamp (500W).更多还原
