【摘要】 介绍变电安装工程预算管理系统的软件功能、开发环境和技术特点，探讨选择数据库系统作为开发环境的主要因素。

【Abstract】 The software function, the development environment and the features of technology of a Transformation Installation Budget Management System were introduced, and several main factors of the selection of DBMS as development environment were discussed.
